Order Processing
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Australia: 7–12 business days
- United States: 15–18 business days
- Worldwide: 13–16 business days
These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Delays & Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@restoradaily.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. RestoraDaily is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@restoradaily.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
